Lewy Body Dementia just killed Estelle Getty, the Golden Girls star. I don’t know too much about Lewy Body Dementia, just that it is what killed Estelle Getty, and it is very scary. I hope that none of you ever have to do deal with the pain of Lewy Body Dementia. Any disease is painful for the family to watch, and it makes you afraid of becoming older. Watching a loved one die sort of reminds us of the pfact that we will not be here forever, and in fact, we could be gone at any moment. My heart goes out to the family and friends of the wonderful actress, Estelle Getty, who lived strong and happily. I also am sorry for the families of victims of Lewy Body Dementia.

My uncle had Alzheimers disease, which is similar to Lewy Body Dementia in a lot of ways. He died of something else before it got to bad, but I was always afraid of him not knowing who I was.
